This notice explains how Hyphenbox handles information on hyphenbox.com and samples.hyphenbox.com. For questions, access or deletion requests, contact vishruth@hyphenbox.com.
Information you give us
When you submit an email, book a consultation or sign in, we use the information you provide to handle your request and provide our service. An email entered in a form is not treated as a verified identity until verified through sign-in. Customer recordings, filenames and project instructions are kept out of website analytics and session recordings.
Optional analytics and recordings
When enabled under your preferences, PostHog receives page visits, referral and campaign information, button interactions, demo playback and loading performance. Random identifiers let us understand journeys and returning visits. For signed-in users, eligible activity may be connected to their account.
We select 10% of eligible public-page sessions for visual replay. Inputs are masked, and forms, login, upload and review pages, embedded viewers, videos and 3D canvases are excluded. The 10% sample applies to replay, not to structured event collection.
Optional visitor identification
When enabled, Warmly uses network and device information, cookies and its identity sources to attempt to identify a visitor’s company or professional profile. We attempt identification for all eligible visits, but a match is not guaranteed. Vendor matches are estimates, not verified identities. Eligible matches and business activity may be stored in Attio for our team to review. This integration does not automatically send outreach.

Your choices
You can accept or decline optional analytics and visitor identification separately. Declining does not restrict the site, demos, consultation or uploads. Where prior permission is required, these features remain off until you choose. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping identification and replay off. We do not bypass rejected preferences or browser blocking.
A necessary preference cookie remembers your choice for up to six months across our website subdomains. Optional first-party visitor and session cookies are set only when eligible. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not itself delete information already collected. Contact us to request deletion. Necessary authentication and security functionality operates separately.
Retention and service providers
Session recordings are configured to expire after 30 days. Event retention follows our PostHog service configuration; you can contact us to request deletion. Delivery retry records are kept for up to 14 days. Submitted information is retained as needed to handle your request or service, or applicable obligations. Access is limited to authorized team members and service providers.
Our providers include Vercel for hosting and media delivery, PostHog for enabled analytics, Warmly for enabled identification, Attio for sales review, Clerk for sign-in, and Cal.com for booking. Processing may occur outside your country. Vendor activation and processing settings are limited to the purposes described here.
