What is a hyphenated American? Often foreign born Americans or first- and second-generation Americans will identify with their or their parent’s place of birth to pay tribute to their heritage, customs, and the differences that make us unique and contribute to our identify. 

It is in this spirit that the founder, an Afghan-American woman, sought out to create a memorable gift giving experience.
